Everyone loves a thank you note! Especially customers who choose to shop on Etsy. It’s the little things that make a big impact. As an Etsy seller a thank you note is a lovely way to show your customer you appreciate their order. The Thank You note can be a way to ask for a review, join your communities on social media and invite them to purchase again by offering a discount. 

A personal touch that I really love to do is to hand write the customers name in the white space just above the “Thank You,” and sign my name in the white space right below the “Thank You.” Making it personal is always appreciated by someone opening their package for the first time! 

Let’s get these customers to return and purchase again. My favorite way to intice customers to purchase again is to offer a discount. I prefer that they join my email list so I can market to them!
